See the link "UserPreferences" up there in the right corner? Click it, then type a WikiName (of the Form CarstenBormann or similar), your password, as well as your email address. Then press the button "Create Profile".
If you want to get authorized to change this Wiki, also send mail with your WikiName to cabo@tzi.org.
That's all there needs to be done...
